Exclamation Who do you think should reallt be MVP of superbowl?

well as you should know the steelers have recently won the supebowl and Hines Ward was awarded the superbowl mvp. He had 126 yards receiving 1 td reception and 5 total receptions. sure this a good game but Ben Roethlisberger ( i hope thats right) had 1 rushing touchdown that gave them the lead. And yet again Willie Parker busted out a 70 yard touchdown run which gave them the momentum. And Antwaan Randle El a RECEIVER THREW a i think 40 yard touchdown pass ON THE RUN that sealed the game so who do you think REALLY deserved MVP

That's what we have this type of topic for .

I watched the game myself. It wasn't too bad. No costume malfunction this year.

Personally, I think that Hines Ward REALLY deserved to be the Super Bowl MVP, while watching the game I saw that Hines Ward consistently made big-play after big-play, and not one of these plays looked like they were going to be a big play from the moment he caught the ball. No, each one of these plays were created because of the special talent and extra effort that Hines Ward gave in this game, and his given in every single game of his career. Not only did Hines Ward deserve to be the Super Bowl MVP, but he deserved to be part of the Super Bowl Champions team even more than Jerome Bettis did. Why? Because, throughout his career, Hines Ward has consistently been a great player on the field and a great person off the field. But wait, there are more reasons why Hines Ward deserved this award. For one, the award is for the Most Valuable Player, and I for one believed that there was no better candidate for this award than Hines Ward. He gave it his all on every play, and allowed the Steelers to win the game because of his willingness to play and win the game. I don't think Ward dropped one pass, and it seemed that whenever things were going rough for the Steelers they just threw the ball to Ward and let him do his thing. This kind of reliability and game-changing talent on the field warrants his recieving of the MVP award. Also, the only other three realistic candidates for MVP were Ben Roethlisberger, Willie Parker and Antoine Randle El. In my opinion Ben is immediately out of the question because he threw two interceptions, Willie Parker is the second best candidate behind Ward because of his game changing play, however he was not consistent and this was only one play, whereas Ward created multiple opportunities for his team. And, last but not least, Antoine Randle El, who also only had one great play. One, he cannot be considered the MVP because this was also only one play, among a few other decent plays, and because this play was great by design, and the opportunity was not created because he was great or played extremely well, but because the play was great, and the team worked together as a whole to make the play work. This means that Randle El could not be considered the MVP. On the other hand, when nobody else on the team was helping at all it was Ward who consistently made big, game-changing plays and allowed his team to get back into the game and to consequently win the game.
